Vacaville, CA natives Adrian Guerrero and Ezekiel Hampton had the opportunity to purchase just under two tons of petite sirah from Suisun Valley, southeast of Napa Valley, where its planting has come to be synonymous with the region. While petite sirah is bold and brooding by nature, Adrian and Ezekiel believed that it could be expressed more elegantly. After the wine was gently pressed, it spent 9-15 months in 100% neutral Taransaud French oak barrels before being bottled by hand.
